Kia, Website 'Renewal'..."Providing Sustainable Mobility Solutions"


[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Kia announced on the 27th that it will fully revamp and launch its official website. This website overhaul reflects Kia's new brand identity as part of its efforts to provide "sustainable mobility solutions."


In particular, the focus was on enhancing various convenience features to support customers' easy vehicle purchases and help them obtain product information effortlessly. To this end, the entire website was updated with ▲a simple and intuitive new design ▲fast and accurate commerce UX (user experience) implementation ▲easy and detailed vehicle information provision.


Through this website revamp, Kia introduced a customer-friendly platform that expresses Kia's new brand identity while integrating commerce functions. The screen and menu structure were simplified to enhance customer accessibility, and an optimized page linkage within the website was completed to create an intuitive design.


Also, under the vision of presenting "sustainable mobility solutions," Kia reflected its efforts to provide innovative products and convenient services to customers throughout the website. Especially, convenience buttons such as price estimation and purchase consultation requests within the purchase category were optimally arranged so that customers can quickly explore products and obtain detailed vehicle information. Core functions frequently used by customers, such as monthly purchase benefits and model comparison, were also added.


A Kia official stated, "This website revamp aims to support customers' vehicle purchases through a customer-friendly platform and help customers obtain product information quickly and accurately," adding, "We will continue to provide high-quality content so that it can be a useful space for exploring information before purchasing a vehicle."


Meanwhile, to commemorate the website renewal, Kia is holding an event from today until October 7.
