Domestic reverse-specialized virtual asset exchange ‘Platta Exchange (PlattaX)’, NFT platform ‘M2S’, and ‘Ringer Studio’, which pursues new values in music, announced on the 26th that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on IP supply, NFT creation and issuance, and activation of the NFT market.
Ringer Studio, which operates a platform where anyone can easily trade music copyrights and content IP assets without being an expert, is creating value for various content IP assets through innovative NFT-based services.
Through this MOU, the three companies plan to proceed with ▲ IP supply and technical support partnership ▲ synergy creation between content IP trading platform and NFT marketplace ▲ cooperation in NFT market operation and transaction activation ▲ collaboration on NFT-related businesses ▲ other business linkages and expansion.
Additionally, the MOU event gained more attention as Miss Korea Gyeonggi Incheon ‘Mi’ Jang Yu-young served as the host. The winners of the Jin, Seon, and Mi titles selected at the ‘2022 Miss Korea Gyeonggi Incheon Pageant’, officially sponsored by Platta Exchange (PlattaX) in July, attended to celebrate the MOU of the three companies. They expressed their intention to actively participate in NFT content creation and activation in the future, and according to officials, they plan to maintain a friendly relationship and participate together in various events continuously.
Hahm Jong-wook, CEO of Ringer Studio, said, “Through Platta Exchange’s accumulated know-how in the virtual asset business and M2S as a one-stop total platform, we will provide a more activated market and expanded services by ensuring stable platform operation, IP supply, technical partnerships, and NFT-related business cooperation to add new value.”
Junwoo Kang, CEO of Platta Exchange, and Seongseop Choi, CEO of M2S, expressed their aspirations, saying, “With the MOU with Ringer Studio, the three companies will further accelerate efforts to expand the ecosystem in NFT, metaverse, digital finance, and more, aiming to become leaders in the blockchain industry.”
