▲Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering=Decided on a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 2 trillion KRW targeting six companies including Hanwha Aerospace and Hanwha Systems for the purpose of raising other funds.

▲Hanwha Aerospace=Subsidiary Hanwha Systems decided to acquire 12.33% of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering's shares for 500 billion KRW. The acquisition will be made in cash through participation in the third-party allotment paid-in capital increase, with the scheduled acquisition date on March 31, 2023. Additionally, it was decided to transfer the combined power generation business division to affiliate Hanwha Power Systems.

▲KB Financial Group=Subsidiary KB Securities decided on an interim cash dividend of 669 KRW per common share. The dividend record date is October 17.

▲HJ Heavy Industries=Selected as the contractor for the small-scale reconstruction maintenance project of Daesung Housing in Munhyeon-dong. The winning bid amount is 79.245 billion KRW.

▲Hyundai Corporation=Although a memorandum of understanding was signed regarding the acquisition of shares in a domestic machinery parts materials company, it was decided to terminate it as of the 26th and not proceed with the stock purchase agreement.

▲Geumgang Industry=Acquired 6,219,885 shares of Sammi Metal for approximately 2.9 billion KRW. The shareholding ratio after acquisition is 98.2%.

▲Dynamic Design=Acquired 81,512 shares of subsidiary Dynamic Design Indonesia for 7.7274 billion KRW. The shareholding ratio after acquisition is 99.9%.
