[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] NS Home Shopping announced on the 27th that it scheduled a pilot program called 'Simya Sikdam (Late Night Food Talk)' at 1 a.m. on the 29th.
NS Home Shopping stated that the pilot broadcast Simya Sikdam will air at 1 a.m., transitioning from the 28th to the 29th. The live commerce Enra Bang on the NS Home Shopping mobile application (app) will be simultaneously streamed on TV as is. Targeting the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), who are accustomed to vertical live commerce broadcasts, the TV screen follows the live commerce broadcast layout, allowing viewers to interact with the shopping host through a real-time chat window on the right side of the screen while enjoying the show.
Simya Sikdam is a pilot broadcast designed primarily for entertainment, resembling a mukbang, but it is structured to allow for regular scheduling depending on the results. Viewers can watch the mobile live screen area on the TV and communicate in real time via the chat screen. From product selection to mobile payment and finding related products, the TV is linked with mobile to enable easy payment without any shopping obstacles. Chat participation is available through the Enra Bang on the NS Home Shopping mobile app.
This broadcast will introduce 'Dalguji Old-style Fresh Makchang.' Makchang, one of the underrated menus on SNS, is widely used as a snack for parties, camping, and drinking alone. Made from domestic pork makchang, it uses a special seasoning made with domestic kiwi juice, Dalguji's secret recipe. It comes in small packages for easy portability and can be conveniently cooked using charcoal grill, frying pan, or air fryer.
An event is also prepared. Among participants in the comment event during the broadcast, 45 people will be selected by lottery to receive lucky points. Detailed information can be found during the Simya Sikdam broadcast.
