All Students Participating in Customized Education of K-Beauty Department at Gyeongnam Jeonbo University Employed The K-Beauty Department is taking a group commemorative photo after the customized training by Est?e Lauder Companies.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Gyeongnam Information University is achieving outstanding results in its ‘Employment Guaranteed Customized Education’ program, which takes responsibility for employment through tailored education.


‘Employment Guaranteed Customized Education’ is an educational program where companies request specialized personnel from universities and provide customized training, taking responsibility for employment.


Gyeongnam Information University has signed agreements with excellent companies such as Samsung Heavy Industries, Yaksoneumga, Juno Hair, and ID Hair, successfully employing many students through the employment guaranteed customized education program.


The K-Beauty Department achieved a 100% employment rate for 10 participating students in 2021 through a customized education agreement with the global cosmetic company ‘Est?e Lauder Companies’.


The participating students are currently working nationwide in locations such as Seoul, Busan, and Bundang, and three students currently in training have also secured early employment.


The number of applicants is steadily increasing due to the advantage of employment at a global cosmetic company known for excellent employee welfare.


Starting from the second semester of this year, the head of HR at Est?e Lauder Companies’ headquarters has been directly conducting classes, receiving great responses from students.


Jung Cheol-soon, head of the K-Beauty Department at Gyeongnam Information University, said, “We promise to nurture talented individuals with an educational curriculum worthy of the best vocational college reputation, taking responsibility for employment so that students can dream of a more stable future.”


Gyeongnam Information University plans to further advance and actively expand the customized education program through the LINC3.0 project.
