[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Sunday, September 25, the last Sunday of the month, will be mostly cloudy nationwide with a large temperature difference between day and night.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 8 a.m. on that day, temperatures in major areas are Seoul 15.9°C, Incheon 17.5°C, Suwon 17.3°C, Chuncheon 12.0°C, Gangneung 16.4°C, Cheongju 16.1°C, Daejeon 16.2°C, Jeonju 17.1°C, Gwangju 17.9°C, Jeju 21.8°C, Daegu 16.6°C, Busan 19.6°C, Ulsan 16.6°C, Changwon 17.7°C, and others.

The morning low temperature will drop below 10°C mainly in eastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, and northern inland Gyeongbuk, making it chilly. For the time being, the temperature difference between day and night is expected to be more than 10°C, especially inland. The daytime high temperature is forecast to rise to between 22 and 25°C. The central region will gradually clear up from night.

The daytime high temperatures are Seoul 25°C, Incheon 23°C, Suwon 25°C, Chuncheon 24°C, Gangneung 26°C, Cheongju 24°C, Daejeon 24°C, Jeonju 24°C, Gwangju 24°C, Jeju 26°C, Daegu 24°C, Busan 25°C, Ulsan 24°C, Changwon 23°C, and others.

Fine dust concentration is forecast to be at a 'Good' level across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion. As the air will gradually become dry, caution is advised to prevent fires during outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.

Until 9 a.m., fog with visibility less than 1 km is expected mainly in the central inland and Jeolla areas, so traffic safety should be observed.
