Residential officetels are gaining popularity as an alternative to apartments in the real estate market. This is because they have a relatively lower entry barrier compared to apartments, attracting demand from the so-called ‘Cheongpo-jok’ (young people with stable jobs and income).
Residential officetels offer easier access to subscription than apartments. Therefore, it is worth considering for the 20s and 30s generations with low subscription points, newlyweds, and multi-homeowners.
In fact, the subscription enthusiasm for officetels is considerable. In June, the ‘Hillstate Gwacheon Disentro 1st Phase’ in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi Province, which offered 126 units, received 446 applications, recording a competition rate of 3.54 to 1. Also, in May, the ‘Anyang Hanyang Sujain Riverview’ in Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province, which offered 169 units, received 681 applications, achieving a competition rate of 4.03 to 1.

Moreover, according to Namyangju’s ‘2035 Namyangju Urban Master Plan,’ the land use plan includes infrastructure projects such as GTX-B and the extension of Line 9 to Namyangju. This plan was finally approved by Gyeonggi Province on the 5th.
The complex’s facilities maximize convenience by offering 100% self-parking, individual storage for each household, and full options. It is also adjacent to the Wangsukcheon Riverside Park and Evergreen Park, both accessible on foot, promising a “forest zone” healing lifestyle.

Applications can be submitted from anywhere nationwide (with 20% priority allocation for Namyangju residents). By paying only 10% of the contract amount upfront, contract holders can minimize financial burden through an interest-free full payment plan for the remaining balance until move-in.
