[Asia Economy Reporter Nowrae] It has been analyzed that the most important factor for golfers when using a golf course is the 'course condition.'

Golf booking service XGOLF announced on the 23rd that this was the result of analyzing factors affecting golf course satisfaction. This analysis was conducted based on review data written by members who made actual reservations through XGOLF from January to September.

The analysis showed that words such as 'caddie,' 'weather,' 'green,' 'grass,' and 'price' appeared frequently in the reviews.

In particular, when comparing the top 10 and bottom 10 golf courses by rating, the largest variance in detailed ratings was found in the 'course' category. The greater the variance in detailed ratings, the more it affects the overall rating. Evaluations of the 'course,' including the condition of the grass, hole maintenance, and green condition, are the factors that most influence golfers' satisfaction.

Following the course, the detailed rating variances were found in auxiliary facilities (food and beverage), green fees (price), and caddies, in that order.

Meanwhile, established in 2003, XGOLF is a specialized golf booking platform. It rates golf courses based on reviews from actual users.
