According to the British daily The Telegraph, Prince George (9) and Princess Charlotte (7) are expected to attend the main events of the funeral, which will continue from morning to afternoon.

According to the line of succession, Prince George and Princess Charlotte will walk behind their parents, Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales. They will be positioned ahead of their uncle Prince Harry and aunt Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex. They will then enter the funeral ceremony starting at Westminster Abbey.

After the funeral, the hearse will head to St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, where Prince George and Princess Charlotte are expected to participate in the pre-interment service scheduled for 4 p.m.

The Telegraph reported that Prince William and Catherine carefully considered whether their eldest son Prince George and second child Princess Charlotte would attend the funeral. It is said that Prince George and Princess Charlotte affectionately called the Queen "Gan Gan."
