Enhancing Efficiency Through Operation of an In-House Web Page
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Barogo (CEO Lee Taekwon) announced on the 16th that it received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award (Grand Prize) at the 'Excellent Learning Organization Competition' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
This competition was organized to discover and disseminate exemplary activity cases among companies participating in the Small and Medium Enterprise Learning Organization Support Project operated by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. Barogo was recognized for ▲establishing practical learning programs ▲enhancing efficiency through operating its own web page ▲systematic management for establishing a learning culture.
In particular, it received high evaluation for internalizing the learning organization to foster a self-directed learning culture and generating work performance such as improving on-site issues through this. Barogo has introduced and is operating the 'Knowledge Concert Program' for sharing internal knowledge and information and the 'Learner-led Development Program' supporting external education to establish a voluntary learning culture.
A Barogo official said, "By operating the learning organization project, we were able to create a learning atmosphere that can actively respond to changes in the industrial environment," adding, "Since we achieved positive changes including generating work performance in this process, we will develop an on-site centered talent development program with Barogo's own know-how."
