Doosan Construction 'Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central' Opens Unit Selection Sales on the 17th on a First-Come, First-Served Basis

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Doosan Construction announced on the 14th that it will conduct first-come, first-served unit designation contracts for the remaining units of Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central, supplied in Dong-gu, Incheon, on the 17th.

Incheon Doosan We’ve The Central is part of the Songnim 3 District housing redevelopment project and consists of 12 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,321 households. There are seven types with exclusive areas ranging from △39㎡ to △84㎡. Among the types supplied this time, units with exclusive areas of △39㎡, △46㎡, and △51㎡ are not included in the housing count even if contracted on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, the status of being a non-homeowner is maintained when applying for other housing.

The first-come, first-served unit designation contract is a system that allows anyone aged 19 or older to select and purchase remaining units regardless of home ownership, unlike general apartment subscriptions. Anyone can choose their desired building and unit number and sign a contract regardless of residence area, home ownership, or subscription savings account status. This complex allows resale of pre-sale rights before moving in, so there is no need to pay acquisition tax or the remaining balance, reducing financial burden and making it advantageous.

Dong-gu, Incheon, where the complex is located, is an area where the ‘Incheon Metropolitan City Old Town Development Project Plan’ has been actively progressing recently. In particular, the Songnim-dong area adjacent to Michuhol-gu is undergoing maintenance projects in 14 locations, including 7 redevelopment sites, 1 reconstruction site, and 6 residential environment improvement sites.

It is also a complex with high demand for monthly rent due to its proximity to workplaces. Nearby are large-scale business sites such as Hyundai Steel (formerly Incheon Steel - INI Steel), where about 11,500 people work, Hyundai Doosan Infracore (formerly Daewoo Heavy Industries), and Dongkuk Steel. Additionally, it offers good accessibility with access to Dongincheon Station and Dowon Station on Seoul Subway Line 1, as well as Incheon-daero, Gyeongin Expressway, and the Second Metropolitan Outer Ring Expressway.

The complex will include a daycare center for children, a fitness center, a GX room, and an indoor golf practice range for residents’ physical training. Various community facilities will also be provided so that all residents can spend meaningful time within the complex, including a senior citizens’ center, a small library, and a reading room.

The model house is located in Wonchang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the first-come, first-served contracts will be conducted at the model house on the 17th.
