This is a slight increase compared to only two large apartment complexes sold in small and medium-sized provincial cities from January to August this year.
The planned supply volume is ranked as follows: Gyeongbuk (2 locations, total 5,410 units), Chungnam (2 locations, total 2,667 units), Chungbuk (1 location, total 1,505 units), and Gyeongnam (1 location, total 1,047 units).
Major complexes include 'e-Pyeonhansesang Sacheon Sky Marina' (1,047 units) being built in Yonghyeon-myeon, Sacheon-si, Gyeongnam. Constructed by DL Construction, this complex consists of 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with units sized between 84 and 154 square meters.
GS Construction plans to supply 'Eumseong Xi Central City' in Geumwang-eup, Eumseong-gun, Chungbuk. The complex will have 16 buildings from 3 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with units ranging from 59 to 116 square meters, totaling 1,505 households.
In Nam-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk, Hyundai Engineering and POSCO Construction will offer 'Hillstate The Sharp Sangsaeng Park (tentative name)'. This complex will have 2,670 units and is being built as a private park development special project.
Additionally, 'Gumi High-Tech Valley Daekwang Roseviang Mega City' (2,740 units) in Sandong-eup, Gumi-si, Gyeongbuk, and 'Asan Xi Grand Park' (1,588 units) in Asan-si, Chungnam, are also scheduled for sale this month.
