▲ GS Construction = Selected as the contractor for the Daegu Banghwa Reconstruction Maintenance Project worth 521.4 billion KRW, construction period is 35 months from the actual start date.

▲ DL E&C = Won a contract for the construction of a complex facility in Pyeongtaek Jangdang 2-blocks worth 330 billion KRW.

▲ Hyundai Heavy Industries = Secured a contract worth 391.7 billion KRW for 3 VLGC vessels from a shipping company based in Africa.

▲ Daeyang Metal = Participated in financial and legal due diligence as a financial investor in the preliminary bidding consortium related to the acquisition of Paper Korea, but decided not to participate in the main bidding.

▲ S-Mac = Extension of the substantive examination period for listing eligibility until September 28.

▲ HLB = Signed a supply contract worth 18.4 billion KRW for nasal specimen collection tools (STERILE FOAM SWABS) with Abbott Diagnostics Scarborough in the U.S.

▲ Huem & C = Following the end of the improvement period on the 5th, related documents including the implementation report of the improvement plan must be submitted within 15 days, and delisting review and resolution will be made within 20 days.

▲ Korea SE = Transferred 2,813,637 common shares (14.89% of total issued shares) and management rights held by major shareholder Nam Hong-gi and related parties to GP Club for 15.1 billion KRW. Decided on a paid-in capital increase worth 7 billion KRW, issuance of convertible bonds worth 50 billion KRW, and issuance of bonds with warrants worth 50 billion KRW.
