Balanced Muscles with Various Poses ... The 14th Mister Geumoh Competition Held

9 Events, 23 Weight Classes, Over 500 Bodybuilding Enthusiasts Nationwide Participate

The 14th Mr. KUMOH Contest held at 1 PM on September 4th in the main auditorium of Kumoh National Institute of Technology.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] Gumi City, Gyeongbuk Province held the opening ceremony of the "14th Mister Kumoh Competition" at 1 p.m. on September 4th at the Kumoh National Institute of Technology auditorium.

Hosted by the Gumi City Sports Council and organized by the Gumi City Bodybuilding Association, this competition saw about 500 bodybuilding enthusiasts from across the country participate. The competing athletes proudly showcased their well-balanced muscles with various poses.

Marking its 14th year, this competition was divided into a total of 9 categories and 23 weight classes, including the student division, men's general division, men's physique and sports model, women's sports model, bikini, leggings fit, women's masters, and senior division.

To win the bodybuilding highlight, the Grand Prix, winners of each category presented impressive performances and skills until the very end, providing the audience with diverse enjoyment.

Mayor Jangho Kim stated, "Bodybuilding is a lifestyle sport that responds to the modern era of expressing oneself in various ways, beautifully demonstrating balanced physical development through thorough self-management and perseverance along with various poses." He added, "I hope all the athletes participating in the competition fully demonstrate the skills they have honed and achieve great results."
