Just Upload a Proof Shot to Instantly Receive Gifticons, Hanwoo Sets, and Year-End Special Gifts
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] Gyeongbuk Province and the Gyeongbuk Culture and Tourism Corporation are launching the ‘Gyeongbuk Activity Challenge Tour’ promotion starting this month, where people of all ages and genders can enjoy activity experience facilities that have emerged as must-go places while also receiving prizes.
Participants in the Challenge Tour can visit just one of the 25 activity facilities such as escape rooms, surfing, zip wire, helicopter experiences, or one of the 18 famous tourist spots including Bomun Tourist Complex, Wolyeonggyo Bridge, and Yeongildae Beach (a total of 43 locations). Upon visiting, they will receive various gifticons (up to 5,000 KRW) without elimination through an instant roulette draw.
If participants certify visits to all activity facilities (at least one per city/county) and tourist spots in the respective city or county, they will be entered into a monthly draw to win a specialty product gift certificate worth 100,000 KRW.
Additionally, at the end of the year, the participant with the most certifications will be selected as the Activity King and awarded a travel package worth approximately 1,000,000 KRW. Those selected as Masters (4 people) and Maniacs (10 people) will receive specialty product gift certificates worth about 500,000 KRW and Hanwoo beef set gifts, respectively.
Participation is simple: after visiting the mission location, scan the QR code posted at the entrance of the tourist spot with a mobile phone, or access the website (act.letsgogb.com), sign up as a member, allow GPS location, and upload a certification photo.
Kim Sang-cheol, Director of the Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau of the province, said, “This Challenge Tour is well organized with activity facility experiences utilizing Gyeongbuk’s beautiful rivers, mountains, sea, and sky (Gangsanhaegong). We hope people will not just see with their eyes but experience it physically to enjoy the thrill and refreshing joy that breaks away from everyday life.”
The Gyeongbuk Activity Challenge Tour runs until December 10 of this year, and detailed information can be found on the Gyeongbuk Activity Challenge Tour website.
