Soundpinetree Co., Ltd. held a commemorative ceremony celebrating its 1st anniversary on August 29 at the Royal Hotel located in Myeongdong, Seoul. The event included a business agreement signing ceremony with six companies and organizations, including MAXXelle, Thomas Julie & Company Co., Ltd., and PetMe Co., Ltd., as well as an appointment ceremony for the supporters of ‘Blink,’ a beauty technician specialized platform scheduled to launch in October.
About 70 representatives from a total of 30 companies and organizations attended the event, including Soundpinetree’s executives and employees, as well as the ‘Blink Supporters’ who assist in advising the Blink platform.
The event began with congratulatory remarks from Yoon Jae-han, CEO of Soundpinetree, and other related personnel celebrating the 1st anniversary. It proceeded with the presentation of appreciation plaques and gifts to long-term employees, the business agreement signing ceremony with six companies, the appointment ceremony for Blink Supporters, and concluded with a performance celebrating the anniversary.
Soundpinetree is developing the first integrated beauty service platform app, ‘Blink.’ Blink offers comprehensive and integrated services including store operation support for beauty technicians (beauty service workers), integrated commerce, the latest information, talent matching, special partnerships and shared services, and digital ownership grants based on blockchain/NFT technology. The company is promoting a global beauty specialized e-commerce business as a major pillar of its operations. After launching this year, it plans to expand globally starting with Australia in 2023 and has already signed export contracts for the platform overseas. Additionally, it received an excellent rating in the technology evaluation conducted by SCI Evaluation Information Co., Ltd. for its patented technologies.
Meanwhile, on the same day, Soundpinetree signed business agreements with six companies: Thomas Julie & Company Co., Ltd., Jinjjamatitneun Fruit Co., Ltd., DB Insurance, SSMI Co., Ltd., PetMe Co., Ltd., and MAXXelle. Yoon Jae-han, CEO of Soundpinetree, stated, “Through this agreement, Soundpinetree expects to actively utilize the human and physical infrastructure possessed by various companies to foster mutual cooperation and joint development.”
Additionally, the appointment ceremony for Blink Supporters included Rum Gyu-tae, CEO of Charlie Hair, and Kim Ji-yeon, director of Salon A in Australia. The appointed members will provide advice and support for the growth of the Blink platform, which offers various benefits for beauty technicians, and will promote mutual growth through cooperation with Blink.
