Korea Hospital Public Relations Association to Hold Seminar on 'Digital Transformation and Hospital PR in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution' on the 29th

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] The Korea Hospital Public Relations Association announced on the 2nd that it will hold the '2022 Korea Hospital Public Relations Association 4th Seminar' on the 29th at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The seminar, held under the theme 'Digital Transformation and the 4th Industrial Revolution: The Future of Hospital Public Relations,' will be conducted in conjunction with the 'K-HOSPITAL Fair' hosted by the Korean Hospital Association.

The seminar will proceed in the order of ▲Digital Era Customer Experience Innovation Strategy (Professor Lee Seung-yoon, Department of Business Administration, Konkuk University) ▲The 4th Industrial Revolution and the Future of Medicine (Kim Woo-chul, CP of EBS 'Myung-ui'). The chairperson will be Choi Jung-sik, Head of Public Relations Team at Seoul National University Hospital.
