Gwangju Dong-gu, Classical Concert and Talk Show for Single-Person Households

Since Dong-gu has the highest proportion of single-person households at 48.3% among the five autonomous districts of Gwangju (average 39.6%), this healing music concert was prepared to support the formation of social networks for single-person households.

On the day, the concert featured a classical performance by actively working local musicians such as cultural critic Choi Cheol, tenor Heo Dong-gwon, baritone Park Won, and flutist Nari, along with a talk concert related to welfare services for single-person households.

Meanwhile, Dong-gu is the only one among the five autonomous districts of Gwangju selected for the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family's "Support for the Formation of Social Networks for Single-Person Households" project, securing a total project cost of 100 million won, and based on this, operates various programs for single-person households.
