▲ KG Chemical = Subsidiary KG Mobility announced acquisition of 73,098,000 shares of Ssangyong Motor for 365.49 billion KRW. The acquisition purpose is to acquire Ssangyong Motor, with the expected acquisition date on the 21st of next month. After acquiring Ssangyong Motor shares, the number of owned shares will be 73,098,000, representing a 61.86% stake.

▲ GS Construction = The Shinbanpo 4 District Reconstruction Maintenance Association decided to guarantee a debt of 380 billion KRW owed to Kookmin Bank and others. This amount represents 7.80% of equity capital. The debt guarantee period is from September 6 to June 25, 2025.
