[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Air Busan will operate temporary domestic flights during the Chuseok holiday to enhance convenience for returning home travelers and tourists.
From the 8th to the 13th, Air Busan will add 38 flights on three routes: ▲Gimpo-Jeju 18 flights ▲Busan-Gimpo 12 flights ▲Ulsan-Gimpo 8 flights.
This temporary increase in flights is prepared to respond to the growing demand for air transportation for visiting hometowns and tourism during Chuseok. A total of 6,840 seats will be additionally supplied through these temporary flights.
Reservations for these flights are available on Air Busan's official website and mobile application.
An Air Busan official said, “We decided to add temporary flights to provide more comfortable air travel for those who have experienced severe seat shortages during holidays,” and added, “We recommend taking Air Busan to comfortably visit your hometown and enjoy a bountiful Hangawi with your relatives.”
Air Busan operates a total of five domestic routes: ▲Busan-Gimpo ▲Ulsan-Gimpo ▲Gimpo-Jeju ▲Busan-Jeju ▲Ulsan-Jeju.
The Busan-Gimpo route operates the most among domestic airlines with an average of 14 round trips per day, opening the sky route between Busan and Seoul.
