Seohae General Construction is successfully selling the residential officetel complex ‘Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace’ located in the Byeongjeom-dong area of Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province.
The first phase previously attracted high interest from buyers at the time of sale, recording a competition rate of 124.4 to 1, and the third phase also closed subscriptions with a respectable competition rate of up to 10.57 to 1.
Byeongjeom Station Seohae Sky Palace is planned to be developed with a total of 333 units across three phases (Phase 1: 90 units, Phase 2: 153 units, Phase 3: 90 units).
All complexes are located within the station area of Byeongjeom Station, promising direct and indirect benefits from the Byeongjeom-dong development project. The Byeongjeom-dong development project is centered around Byeongjeom Station on Subway Line 1, a key regional transportation hub where express trains pass through. Future residents will be able to conveniently and quickly travel throughout the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul and Suwon, by using Subway Line 1, Dongtan Tram, GTX, and other transit options.
Additionally, a large-scale urban development district will be established in the Byeongjeom Complex Town, which is 52 times the size of a soccer field, located on the west side of Byeongjeom Station. Convenient living infrastructure including residential, commercial, public administration, cultural, and natural facilities is being built around Byeongjeom Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, raising expectations for an increase in the future value of the surrounding area.
With abundant demand, stability is also secured. Nearby are elementary, middle, and high schools such as Byeongjeom Elementary, Saebom Elementary, Byeongjeom Middle, and Byeongjeom High, as well as a cluster of academies. It is also close to many universities including Hanshin University, Kyung Hee University, and Suwon University. Furthermore, demand from workers is secured with nearby workplaces such as the Giheung Campus, Suwon General Industrial Complex, and Samsung Electronics Industrial Complex.
