Scheduled to open on August 25, Costco Gimhae branch will be established in the Cheongok-ri area of Juchon-myeon. An industry insider stated, “Costco is one of the most popular and loyal consumer destinations among large discount stores, establishing itself as a representative mall zone,” adding, “Given this popularity, the soon-to-open Costco Gimhae branch is expected to positively impact nearby real estate, directly benefiting ‘ePyeonhansesang Juchon The Premier,’ which is scheduled for sale in September.”
Meanwhile, ePyeonhansesang Juchon The Premier, gaining attention as a mall zone close to Costco Gimhae branch, will be built in the Juchon-myeon area of Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province. It will consist of 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 992 units sized between 84 and 115 square meters. All units are characterized by their rarity as medium-to-large sized apartments.
The complex is conveniently located near Seoncheon-ro, Bunseong-ro, and Dongseo-daero, facilitating easy movement within Gimhae City. Additionally, accessibility to major cities including Busan and Changwon is excellent via Namhae Expressway Seo-Gimhae IC and the six-lane exclusive road between Oedong and Jangyu.
