Professor Seokyeong Hyun of Sahmyook University Receives Korean Psychological Association Merit Award

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Professor Seo Kyung-hyun of the Department of Counseling Psychology at Samyook University (photo) received a meritorious service award from the Korean Psychological Association, Samyook University announced on the 23rd. The association stated, "Since serving as the Chair of the Qualification System Committee of the Korean Psychological Association in 2006, Professor Seo has held various executive positions including Financial Director, External Director, Information Director, Chair of the Public Policy Committee, and President of the Korean Health Psychology Association under the association, significantly contributing to the advancement of psychology."

Currently, Professor Seo serves as an executive in several associations including the Korean Stress Society, the Korean Society of Culture and Social Issues, and the Society of Alcohol and Health Behavior, and is the Chair of the Seoul Metropolitan Changdong Internet Addiction Prevention Counseling Center's Steering Committee.
