HDC Hyundai Development Company, Flood Recovery in Dongjak-gu... Cleaning, Wallpapering, and Flooring Replacement

HDC Hyundai Development Company recently announced on the 19th that it will participate in recovery efforts for flood-affected households in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, following the recent heavy rains.

Dongjak-gu was one of the areas most severely affected by the heavy rain, and HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to support flood damage restoration work for about three weeks. Employees of HDC Hyundai Development Company will participate in cleaning inside the households, repairing furniture, inspecting electrical systems, and replacing wallpaper and flooring contaminated by the flood, focusing on vulnerable groups such as basic livelihood security recipients and elderly people living alone who urgently need recovery assistance.

A representative from HDC Hyundai Development Company said, "Upon hearing the news of the severe damage caused by the heavy rain in Dongjak-gu, we decided to join the flood recovery efforts," adding, "We hope to help more people return to their daily lives by the upcoming Chuseok holiday."

Meanwhile, on the 17th, HDC Hyundai Development Company donated 300 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea to support recovery efforts in areas affected by the recent heavy rains.
