The Gourmet Lotteria Bulgogi Burger Pizza will be launched exclusively at Lotte Mart this month and is expected to meet consumers nationwide. The new product captures the taste of the 'K-burger' by perfectly blending Lotteria's special bulgogi sauce, made exclusively for the Bulgogi Burger, with a savory mayo sauce on the pizza. The bulgogi sauce meat topping is cut into large bite-sized pieces, and the pickles are finely chopped to maintain a crisp texture similar to lettuce. Through a differentiated three-stage fermentation aging technique, customers can enjoy soft and chewy dough.
