GS Shop Launches FW Fashion Line, Actress 'Go Jun-hee' Selected as Muse for Morgan Actress Go Jun-hee joins as the new muse for GS Shop's flagship fashion brand 'Morgan' for the FW season.

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] GS Shop, a home shopping channel operated by GS Retail, will showcase a large number of fall and winter (FW) new products from leading fashion brands on the broadcasts ‘The Collection’ and ‘Show Me The Trend’ on August 20.


The leading brand is ‘Morgan,’ which celebrates its 10th anniversary in apparel this year. Morgan ranked first in GS Shop’s hit products last year and recorded 46 billion KRW in orders and about 500,000 ordering customers in the first half of this year, making it the top fashion brand with enthusiastic customer response. For this FW season, Morgan will present the ‘Best Signature Fit’ collection, which reinterprets its most popular products to date in line with the latest trends to commemorate its 10th anniversary.


Starting this FW season, the brand muse will be actress Go Junhee. GS Shop expects to convey Morgan’s unique modern and chic image through Go Junhee, who is famous as a fashionista.


While Morgan is the top-selling brand, designer Son Jungwan’s ‘SJ Wani’ has the highest customer loyalty. One out of three customers who purchased returned to buy SJ Wani clothes again. Based on this loyalty, SJ Wani is recording its highest sales ever this year.


The concept SJ Wani will present this FW season is 'A BEATING NEW ROMANCE.' This follows the theme ‘ENCHANTING ROMANCE’ of the New York collection unveiled by designer Son Jungwan, who marks the 10th anniversary of entering New York Fashion Week, in February this year. SJ Wani plans to propose various products such as the GOLF line, inspired by romantic floral patterns and Wani check patterns, and a cashmere line.


Morgan and SJ Wani’s FW new products can be seen on ‘The Collection’ at 9:20 a.m. on the 20th. The broadcast will introduce three items from Morgan including tension jackets, blouses, and pants, as well as SJ Wani’s Italian lambskin vests, shirts, and leather pants.


On the same day at 10:30 p.m., the ‘Show Me The Trend’ broadcast will also showcase FW new products from the brands ‘Atelier Majoli’ and ‘Jason Wu.’ Atelier Majoli is a brand presented by designer Kim Jaehyun, who led Jardin de Chouette and Lucky Chouette to success, on GS Shop. Together with model Irene, who has been with the brand since the SS season, they propose knit shawls and pleated skirts with a French sensibility and a lovely atmosphere. ‘Jason Wu’ targets young customers with suits and dolman knits that highlight feminine beauty within refined and simple silhouettes.
