"Shall We Live in I-Park?" Subscription for 'Suwon I-Park City Complexes 11 and 12' Opens for Two Days Starting Wednesday the 17th

HDC Hyundai Development Company is accepting applications for the final units of the 7,000-unit scale ‘Suwon I-Park City,’ specifically for ‘Suwon I-Park City Complexes 11 and 12,’ over two days from the 17th (Wednesday) to the 18th (Thursday).

The complexes are residential officetels supplied with HDC Hyundai Development Company’s technology, products, design, and philosophy. Located in Gwonseon-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon City, the buildings range from 4 basement floors to 13 above-ground floors, consisting of 8 buildings with exclusive areas of 55 to 84㎡, totaling 429 units.

From the first basement floor to the second floor above ground, a large-scale commercial facility of approximately 11,000 pyeong, rare in the region, is established, allowing residents to experience a ‘Malling’ culture that combines consumption and leisure.

HDC Hyundai Development Company has developed the urban story of Suwon I-Park City, which began over 10 years ago, into a ‘Growing Town Story,’ applying this concept to these complexes. Gerard Loozekoot (Partner/Senior Architect) of UNStudio, who was responsible for the previous ‘Suwon I-Park City’ and ‘Daegu Wolbae I-Park’ projects, and his team emphasized vertical and horizontal lines and expressed various colors to give a unique brand identity to ‘Suwon I-Park City’ in this complex.

As a result, it is expected to showcase differentiated value compared to residential officetels previously supplied in the real estate market.

Applications for ‘Suwon I-Park City Complexes 11 and 12’ will be accepted for two days from the 17th (Wednesday) to the 18th (Thursday) through the ‘Suwon I-Park City’ website. Applications cannot be made at the model house, except for corporations, which must visit the model house to apply.

Unlike previously supplied residential officetels, there is no separate application deposit required, and applications are open to anyone aged 19 or older regardless of subscription account ranking or points. Winners of the application will not be subject to winner management or re-winning restrictions.

Applicants can apply for one unit per complex, with a maximum of two complexes per person, allowing up to four applications when applying by block and complex. However, duplicate applications within the same complex or more than two applications will be invalidated.

The down payment offers a fixed benefit of 10 million KRW for the first installment, and 60% of the intermediate payment is provided as an interest-free loan.

Following the two-day application period on the 17th (Wednesday) and 18th (Thursday), winners will be announced on the 19th (Thursday). The official contract period is two days from the 23rd (Tuesday) to the 24th (Wednesday), with contracts signed at the Suwon I-Park City model house.

The residential officetels ‘Suwon I-Park City Complexes 11 and 12’ introduced by HDC Hyundai Development Company this time complement the shortcomings of existing officetels and are supplied in various housing types tailored to the lifestyles of demanders.

The complexes secure a location where various living infrastructures in Suwon City can be enjoyed nearby, with convenient access to education and transportation.

Nearby schools include Namsuwon Elementary, Gwonseon Middle, and Gokjeong High School, and various university campuses such as Kyonggi University, Sungkyunkwan University, and Kyung Hee University are concentrated in the area. Additionally, academies are densely located in Yeongtong and Mangpo, providing an excellent educational environment.

Facilities such as E-Mart, NC Mall, and cinemas, as well as rare green spaces in the city like Jangdari Stream and Kkumirang Park, where trekking and bicycle hiking can be enjoyed, are also accessible nearby. Furthermore, the complexes offer easy access to Dongtan 1 New Town, Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, and the Giheung Samsung Electronics complex, providing a location conducive to living close to work.

The complexes are within walking distance of Suwon Bus Terminal and Seryu Station on Line 1, making them pedestrian-friendly near transit stations. They also provide access to the Osan-Yongin Expressway Seryu IC (planned) and the GTX-C line (planned). Once the GTX-C line opens at Suwon Station, it will allow fast, transfer-free travel to Yangjae and Samsung Stations.

Notably, the Osan-Yongin Expressway project connecting Osan City and Yongin City is underway near the complexes, and an 8.3 km section passing through downtown Suwon is planned to be constructed as a deep tunnel, which is expected to significantly improve transportation convenience.

Meanwhile, following ‘Suwon I-Park City Complexes 11 and 12,’ the apartment complex ‘Suwon I-Park City Complex 10’ and a total of 185 lots will also be offered for sale.

These include 24 lots in Complex 1 (detached houses with stores), 56 lots in Complex 2 (detached houses with stores/general detached house lots), 54 lots in Complex 3 (detached houses with stores/general detached house lots), and 51 lots in Complex 4 (detached houses with stores/general detached house lots), named I-Park Town Complexes 1 and 2?4, respectively.

Additionally, neighborhood living facilities cover a total of 6,564㎡, including G1 Block 2,924㎡ and G2 Block 3,639㎡; parking lots cover a total of 6,038㎡, including M1 Block 4,849㎡ and M2 Block 1,188㎡; and medical facilities cover P1 Block 5,660㎡.
