[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 17th that it plans to launch sales this month for ‘Asan Hanshin The Hue,’ being developed in Gwongok-dong, Asan-si, Chungnam.

‘Asan Hanshin The Hue’ will consist of seven apartment buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with a total of 603 units sized between 84㎡ and 99㎡. Specifically, there will be 544 units of 84㎡ and 59 units of 99㎡.

This complex boasts an excellent educational environment. Gwongok Elementary School is located to the south, and several schools including Asan Middle School and High School, as well as Hanol Middle School and High School, are situated nearby.

The transportation network is also well established. It is convenient to travel toward Cheonan via Onyang Oncheon Station on the National Railroad Line 1, and it takes about 15 minutes by car to reach KTX Cheonan Asan Station via the four-lane Gokgyocheon-ro, allowing easy access to Seoul and other regions nationwide.

All seven apartment buildings in ‘Asan Hanshin The Hue’ are primarily oriented southeast, and the latest specialized floor plans are applied to each unit type. Both the 84㎡ and 99㎡ units are built with a 4-Bay slab-type structure (except for some types). Additionally, the complex is planned as an eco-friendly park-type apartment with a high ratio of landscaping and ecological areas, allowing some units to enjoy unobstructed green views.

A Hanshin Engineering & Construction official stated, “As the first ‘Hanshin The Hue’ brand apartment introduced in Asan City, we plan to develop it as a landmark complex representing Hanshin Engineering & Construction in the Chungcheong region beyond Asan. Based on Hanshin’s excellent technology and brand preference, we will do our best to satisfy consumers.”
