TmaxSoft Reports Operating Profit of 17.8 Billion KRW in H1, Up 39% YoY

[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] TmaxSoft achieved solid performance in the first half of this year by targeting cloud-centered digital transformation demand.

TmaxSoft announced on the 17th that it achieved cumulative sales of approximately 46.9 billion KRW and an operating profit of 17.8 billion KRW in the first half of this year. These figures represent growth of 5% and 39%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. Net profit for the same period was 12.1 billion KRW, an increase of 43% year-on-year.

TmaxSoft explained that despite the global economic downturn and increasing external uncertainties in the first half of this year, it achieved solid results by targeting the ongoing digital transformation demand centered on the cloud. Along with stable sales from various existing middleware and framework products, it led its first-half performance by delivering results domestically and internationally with its integrated middleware platforms for cloud environments, 'SuperFrame' and 'HyperFrame', as well as 'OpenFrame', which supports mainframe modernization (converting existing mainframes to open systems such as the cloud).

TmaxSoft plans to further enhance its products and services, led by 'SuperFrame, HyperFrame, and OpenFrame', to expand large-scale projects supporting the digitalization of cloud-based business environments in public, financial, and corporate sectors, as well as mainframe modernization projects in the global market, while strengthening its technical support workforce.

Additionally, to maximize performance across business divisions including finance, public sector, corporate, and overseas markets, TmaxSoft intends to achieve business growth by responding swiftly to rapidly changing market conditions and customer demands through the business division system introduced in May.
