According to Aekyung Industrial, during Amazon Prime Day held over two days from the 12th to 13th of last month, it achieved its highest performance since entering Amazon, with sales increasing by 51% compared to last year's Prime Day. Prime Day is the biggest annual discount event held for Amazon paid service members.
Aekyung Industrial's flagship cosmetics brand ‘AGE 20’s’ saw products such as the ‘Essence Cover Pact’ and ‘Signature Tone-up Base’ rank within the top 50 in their respective categories, while the ‘LUNA Long-lasting Tip Concealer’ also ranked within the top 100 in the concealer category, attracting consumer attention.
Aekyung Industrial analyzed that the excellent product quality recognized domestically and overseas, including China, combined with various marketing activities, led to these results.
Aekyung Industrial also achieved good results at the Prime Day event held on Amazon Japan. Participating for the first time this year, the LUNA Long-lasting Tip Concealer ranked 2nd in the concealer category, and the ‘AGE 20’s Signature Essence Cover Pact Intense’ ranked 6th in the cream foundation category, laying the foundation for building hit products.
