[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] In celebration of the upcoming Chuseok holiday, the hotel industry is presenting a variety of gift sets.

According to the industry on the 14th, Lotte Hotel has increased its meat gift sets by more than 60% compared to last year. The top-tier "Premium Hoengseong Hanwoo Luxury Set" offers options ranging from Set 1 (1.1 million KRW), which includes 1st grade sirloin, tenderloin, and striploin, to Set 5 (400,000 KRW), which includes sirloin, bulgogi, and soup cuts.

Wines are also available starting from 50,000 KRW, including the signature wine "Esprit de Saint-Emilion" (80,000 KRW) exclusive to Lotte Hotel, and the Chilean premium wine "Don Melcho," consisting of six bottles priced at 3.3 million KRW.

They also launched the "Delica Hans Hamper," which allows customers to select wines, cheeses, chocolates, and more according to their preferences. Customized gifts can be prepared in luxurious leather baskets ranging from 300,000 KRW to 700,000 KRW.

Millennium Hilton Seoul is also offering ▲ Hanwoo meat sets (1++ grade) ▲ Prime LA galbi sets ▲ Special salted dried yellow corvina sets ▲ Deli signature sets ▲ two types of wine gift sets ▲ wine & sausage sets ▲ and custom hamper sets.

The hotel’s signature product, ▲ Special salted dried yellow corvina set (400,000 KRW), features semi-dried yellow corvina from Yeonggwang Beopseongpo, while the deeply flavorful ▲ Hanwoo meat set (980,000 KRW) and ▲ Prime LA galbi set (480,000 KRW) are also popular.

The ▲ Wine & sausage set (130,000 KRW), composed of wines carefully selected by the hotel sommelier and handcrafted sausages with whole pepper herb flavor, as well as ▲ two types of wine gift sets (80,000 KRW / 330,000 KRW), are perfect luxury gifts. Additionally, a custom "Hamper Set" is available for customers to freely assemble with their chosen products.

Grand Hyatt Seoul is presenting the "1++ Hanwoo Set," "LA galbi & premium galbi set," and the "Australian lamb rib set," which allows customers to enjoy the hotel buffet’s signature lamb rib dish at home.

InterContinental has launched a Korean traditional ceremonial table set prepared by a Korean cuisine chef. The "InterContinental Chef’s Special Ceremonial Table Set" (1.2 million KRW) includes 10 types of ceremonial dishes such as grilled yellow corvina, skewers, meat pancakes, and sea bream pancakes, made with domestic yellow corvina, Hanwoo beef, and sea bream, delivered directly to customers’ homes.

Moreover, fully cooked menu gifts are also available so customers can enjoy the hotel restaurant’s signature dishes at home, such as the "Weilu Bulldo Jang Set" (650,000 KRW), a supreme health food stew made by the head chef with ASC-certified abalone, silver ear mushrooms, matsutake mushrooms, dried sea cucumber, and dried scallops, and the "Hakone Abalone Sauce Set" (600,000 KRW), made with 5-year-old abalone from clean Wando using Hakone’s unique cooking method and secret soy sauce.
