[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] The Ministry of National Defense announced on the 14th that there were 1,288 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases within the military.
As of 2 PM on the same day, the additional confirmed cases were 834 in the Army, 90 in the Navy, 198 in the Air Force, 71 in the Marine Corps, 87 in the Ministry of National Defense direct units, 2 in the ROK-US Combined Forces Command, and 6 in the Ministry of National Defense.
The total cumulative confirmed cases in the military stand at 238,393, of which 12,129 are currently being managed.
