Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 12th that it will open applications for residents for 778 units of the newlywed hope town at 'Pyeongtaek Godeok A-53 Block.'


Pyeongtaek Godeok A-53 Block is a complex consisting of 778 public sale units and 389 Happy Housing units, totaling 1,167 units, all configured with a single exclusive area of 55㎡.


The housing supplied this time is public sale. By unit type, it is divided into △55A1 554 units △55A2 89 units △55B1 51 units △55B2 8 units △55C 76 units.


The supply price is on average 310 million KRW per unit, about 12.9 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is relatively affordable compared to nearby market prices.


Eligibility requirements as of the announcement date include newlyweds (within 7 years of marriage or having children under 6 years old), prospective newlyweds, and single-parent families (with children under 6 years old), who must be members of a household without home ownership. Additionally, applicants must have been subscribed to a housing subscription savings account (comprehensive housing subscription savings or subscription savings) for more than 6 months, have paid monthly installments at least 6 times, and meet income and asset criteria.


The supply schedule is △Application submission (August 22?24) △Announcement of winners (September 1) △Contract signing (December 27?30). Contract signing is divided into electronic contracts and on-site contracts, so the contract periods differ and applicants should take note.

The Pyeongtaek Godeok Internationalization Planning District is a self-sufficient international new city with an area of 13,409,000㎡ and a planned population of 140,000. A large-scale advanced industrial complex (Samsung Electronics) is located near the district, and Godeok R&D Technovalley and Brain City are planned for the future.


Residents can move to each specialized zone via the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line circulating inside the district, and access to Seojeong-ri Station on Line 1 and Pyeongtaek Jije Station on the SRT is also possible.


Through the adjacent Pyeongtaek Godeok IC, one can enter the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, and connect to the Pyeongtaek-Hwaseong Expressway and Gyeongbu Expressway to travel to Seoul and other metropolitan areas.
