The Ministry of Justice announced on the 11th that it plans to publicly notify the amendment of the presidential decree and the abolition of the enforcement rules from the 12th to the 29th.
The Ministry of Justice intends to expand the scope of direct investigations by prosecutors pursuant to the delegation under the Prosecutors' Office Act by amending the presidential decree.
