Anyang Dongan-gu Transforms into a New Residential Town... Spotlight on ‘Pyeongchon Doosan We’ve The Prime’

The real estate market in Dongan-gu, Anyang is showing signs of excitement. In particular, Hogye-dong is attracting attention due to overlapping positive factors such as the opening of the GTX-C line of the Seoul Metropolitan Area Express Railway, the construction project of the double-track railway from Anyang Indeokwon to Dongtan, and large-scale reconstruction and redevelopment urban maintenance projects.

The GTX-C line is scheduled to open in 2028 at Geumjeong Station, which is adjacent to Hogye-dong. The GTX-C line runs from Deokjeong Station in Yangju through major cities including Uijeongbu, Kwangwoon University, Cheongnyangni, Samsung, Gwacheon, and Geumjeong, terminating at Suwon Station. This concentrated transportation development in northern and southern Gyeonggi Province is expected to significantly improve access to Gangnam, Seoul. In fact, using the GTX-C line, it will take about 15 minutes to reach Samsung Station in Seoul. Additionally, the nearby Hogye Station (tentative name) on the Dongtan-Indeokwon Line will allow transfers at Indeokwon Station on the GTX-C line, making travel to the Gangnam area even more convenient.

Along with excellent access to Seoul, the Hogye-dong area in Anyang City is emerging as a new residential town in the southwestern Gyeonggi region, with large-scale maintenance projects including reconstruction and redevelopment involving more than 12,000 households. Furthermore, Hogye-dong is included in the Pyeongchon living area, allowing residents to enjoy various infrastructures such as school districts.

Amid these expectations, the sales market in Hogye-dong is also heating up. According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s subscription website, ‘Pyeongchon Trizia,’ which was sold in July last year, recorded a highest subscription competition rate of 39 to 1 and closed in the first priority. Also, ‘Pyeongchon Urbain First The Sharp,’ sold recently in May, stirred up sales enthusiasm with a high subscription competition rate of up to 130 to 1.

Amid this enthusiasm, a complex that will fully benefit from Hogye-dong’s overlapping positive factors is preparing for sale. It is ‘Pyeongchon Doosan We’ve The Prime’ presented by Doosan Construction.

‘Pyeongchon Doosan We’ve The Prime’ is set to become a new landmark at the center of various positive factors. It is located between Geumjeong Station, a transfer station for subway lines 1 and 4, and Hogye Intersection where the Indeokwon-Dongtan Line’s Hogye Station (tentative name) will be built. Once the GTX-C line opens, it is expected to enjoy the premium of a quadruple station area. Within a 1 km radius, there are Homeplus Anyang Branch and AK Plaza Geumjeong Branch, and the Anyangcheon Riverside Park is also nearby, offering leisure and healing opportunities. As part of the Pyeongchon living area, residents can easily access the Pyeongchon academy district, Anyang City Hall, Lotte Department Store Pyeongchon Branch, and E-Mart Pyeongchon Branch.

It is also notable that this is a luxury brand apartment under the ‘Doosan We’ve’ name. ‘Doosan We’ve’ is a brand apartment by Doosan Construction, a prestigious construction company that has accumulated rich know-how and technology since its founding in 1960. Launched in 2001, it has successfully established itself as a landmark in various regions such as Haeundae Doosan We’ve The Zenith and Daegu Doosan We’ve The Zenith.

‘Pyeongchon Doosan We’ve The Prime’ will be built through the reconstruction project of Samsin 6th Apartment in Hogye-dong, Anyang City, Gyeonggi Province. It will consist of 6 buildings with 2 basement floors to 32 floors above ground, totaling 456 households (178 for general sale) with exclusive areas ranging from 49 to 84 square meters.

Meanwhile, ‘Pyeongchon Doosan We’ve The Prime’ plans to open a model house.
