Enjoy Healing While Busking in Sacheon! Performing at the Sacheon Healing Busking event

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Sacheon Cultural Foundation in Sacheon-si, Gyeongnam, is holding the ‘Sacheon Healing Busking’ performances, which will take place a total of five times until the 31st. These performances will visit popular tourist spots where summer visitors to Sacheon stay, offering relaxation, enjoyment, and healing.


Now in its fourth year, the ‘Sacheon Healing Busking’ provides a unique spectacle for vacationers visiting Sacheon during the holiday season and citizens out for a stroll, featuring high-quality performances such as acoustic guitar live shows, saxophone, magic, and ukulele performances.


In particular, audiences can enjoy fantastic K-POP cover dance performances and romantic classical music and Korean traditional music (gugak) shows, which were not seen in previous busking performances.


This busking event is scheduled to be held at Sacheon’s representative tourist attractions: the Samcheonpo Bridge Park marine stage, the Aerospace Theme Park, a resting place for citizens, and the Turtle Ship Village Coastal Park.


Especially, the Samcheonpo Bridge Park marine stage is considered one of Sacheon-si’s most beautiful spots where visitors can enjoy music while admiring the sea view, making it a popular summer retreat for many citizens and visitors every year.


The busking performances will be held at ▲Turtle Ship Village Coastal Park ▲Aerospace Theme Park ▲Samcheonpo Bridge Park marine stage ▲Aerospace Theme Park. The first busking performance took place on the 4th at the Samcheonpo Bridge Park marine stage.


A representative of the Sacheon Cultural Foundation said, “Through the Sacheon Healing Busking performances, we hope to provide an opportunity to relieve the stress accumulated in busy daily life and comfort tired minds and bodies. We also hope citizens can enjoy the performances and cool off during the hot summer.”
