Issuance of 40 Types of Major Bank Transaction Certificates Including Balance Certificates and Financial Transaction Confirmations
BNK Gyeongnam Bank will implement a 'Non-face-to-face Certificate Issuance Service' to enhance customer convenience.
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] BNK Gyeongnam Bank is implementing a 'Non-face-to-face Certificate Issuance Service' to enhance customer convenience.
The non-face-to-face certificate issuance service allows individual customers to issue 40 types of major bank transaction certificates, such as balance certificates, financial transaction confirmation letters, and foreign currency remittance confirmations, through non-face-to-face channels like internet banking or mobile banking without visiting a branch.
In particular, the certificates issued through BNK Gyeongnam Bank's mobile banking app include the largest number of certificates in the financial sector, covering most of the certificates provided to individual customers by the bank.
To use the service, customers access the certificate issuance menu in the mobile banking app, select the desired certificate and issuance method, and follow procedures such as setting inquiry conditions and confirming results to download the certificate.
In the certificate issuance menu, customers can check the history of certificates issued non-face-to-face, and previously issued certificates can be reprinted without going through the issuance application process.
The printed certificates include QR codes and 3-step barcodes to verify their authenticity.
Certificate issuance is provided in various ways, including PDF file downloads, printing from a PC, and linking with Wi-Fi printers on mobile devices.
Lee Kyung-gi, head of the Digital Strategy Department, said, “With the implementation of the non-face-to-face certificate issuance service, the inconvenience of visiting branches will be resolved, and customer convenience is expected to improve. We will do our best to improve the service so that many customers can experience BNK Gyeongnam Bank’s untact financial life anytime and anywhere.”
