As a guaranteed hit in Suwon's second half sales market, HDC Hyundai Development Company will launch the final new sales complex of 'Suwon I-Park City 10, 11, and 12 Complexes' in August.
'Suwon I-Park City 10, 11, and 12 Complexes' consist of a total of 557 units, including 128 apartment units and 429 residential officetel units. Complex 10 will be built in Gwonseon-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, comprising 3 buildings with 128 apartment units ranging from basement 2 floors to ground 14 floors. All units are exclusively 84㎡ in size.
Complexes 11 and 12 will be constructed as residential officetels in Gwonseon-dong, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si, with 8 buildings ranging from basement 4 floors to ground 13 floors. Complex 11 has 208 units, and Complex 12 has 221 units, with exclusive areas ranging from 55 to 84㎡. Additionally, a large-scale commercial facility of approximately 11,000 pyeong will be developed from basement 1 to ground 2 floors within these complexes.
'Suwon I-Park City,' developed by HDC Hyundai Development Company in the Gwonseon District of Suwon-si, includes from Complex 1 to 9 a total of over 7,000 apartment units, single-family housing lots within the Gwonseon District, and nearby neighborhood parks. Spanning about 300,000 pyeong, it is regarded as a brand town or a mini new town.
