Lotte Confectionery Launches 'Shefood Kkokkalcorn Crispy Chicken'

Whole Boneless Chicken Drumsticks Marinated in Kkokkalcorn Seasoning to Maximize Flavor

On the 9th, Lotte Confectionery announced the launch of ‘Kkokkalcorn Crispy Chicken,’ made by mixing 100% boneless chicken thigh meat with Kkokkalcorn savory seasoning.

Kkokkalcorn Crispy Chicken features a batter coated with crunchy chips to preserve the crispy texture of Kkokkalcorn. The boneless chicken thigh meat is marinated whole in the Kkokkalcorn savory seasoning to enhance the savory taste, and it is convenient to store as a frozen product.

This bite-sized boneless chicken can be easily enjoyed as a beer snack or a light meal. It is also great for various dishes such as chicken mayo rice bowls and chicken curry. Simply pan-fry for 4-5 minutes or, especially, cook in an air fryer for 8 minutes to quickly enjoy freshly fried chicken. Pairing it with Lotte Confectionery’s signature snack Kkokkalcorn makes the crispiness and savory flavor even richer.
