Spanish cuisine is gaining great popularity in Korea as it shares similarities with Korean food, such as the active use of various meats, seafood, vegetables, and spices. 'Tapas,' a custom of enjoying simple meals with drinks, is a representative example. Various ingredients, including seafood, combine to create multiple flavors depending on the ingredients.
Seoul Dragon City stated that to replicate the authentic taste of Spanish tapas, they prepared this promotion with a special selection using fresh seafood. Guests can enjoy unlimited servings of the 'Tapas Plate,' which includes ▲Soft Shell Crab Pinchos ▲Smoked Salmon Pinchos ▲Shrimp Tapas ▲Iberico Pork Neck Tapas ▲Mushroom Tapas ▲Jamon Croquette ▲Green Olives. Additionally, guests can choose one 'Choice Menu' item from ▲Gambas & Baguette ▲Barramundi ▲Polpo Bravas ▲Seafood Paella ▲Seafood Fideu?.
'The Tapas' operates on weekdays from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. An event is also prepared where the first 100 tables will receive two tickets to a special exhibition by Spanish painter 'Eva Almerson.'
Meanwhile, guests at THE 26 can enjoy Sangria, which captures the taste of midsummer Spain, as the 'Cocktail of the Month' throughout August. Seoul Dragon City also plans to introduce a room package that includes benefits for using the 'The Tapas' promotion.
