[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] Minjeong, the second daughter of SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won, took a leave of absence from SK Hynix earlier this year and has been confirmed to be serving as an unpaid advisor at a U.S. startup.
According to the business community on the 6th, Minjeong is currently an advisor at Done, a remote healthcare startup based in San Francisco, USA.
Done is a startup specializing in the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), operating a subscription service that remotely diagnoses ADHD and provides treatment and counseling.
It is known that Minjeong has been volunteering as an unpaid advisor at Done since 2020.
Minjeong graduated from the Business Administration Department at Peking University in China and voluntarily enlisted in the Navy, serving in the Cheonghae Unit and the West Sea 2nd Fleet.
After joining SK Hynix in 2019, she worked in the INTRA department under the External Cooperation Division, commuting between Korea and the United States.
This year, she has been handling mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and investment tasks at SK Hynix's U.S. branch.
