On July 29th, Orange Shock Co., Ltd. signed an MOU with SM Culture & Contents Co., Ltd. (hereinafter SM C&C) to promote joint business cooperation in IP-based advertising and marketing. On this day, Kim Dong-jun and Namgung Cheol, co-CEOs of SM C&C, as well as Go Tae-yoon, CEO of Orange Shock, and employees attended the event.


Starting from this agreement, both companies agreed to jointly promote and cooperate in advertising agency business, celebrity management marketing and promotion, and domestic and international cultural content planning, aiming to develop a more strategic and differentiated IP business than before.


Go Tae-yoon, CEO of Orange Shock, stated, “Through this partnership, we will collaborate with SM C&C, a leader in advertising, content, and management industries, to develop creative products and services based on the IP owned by Orange Shock. Based on this partnership, we will demonstrate innovative marketing that captivates MZ customers by leveraging synergies between companies.”
