[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 2nd, Oh Eon-seok, Mayor of Dobong-gu, visited Chang 4-dong Daycare Center, Seongdae Baseball Stadium, and Cheonghwa Resource Recycling Facility with the responsible departments to inspect the sites and meet with local residents to exchange opinions.
The sites visited that day were those mentioned during last month's 'Dialogue with Residents of 14 Neighborhoods,' reflecting Mayor Oh Eon-seok's usual conviction to find solutions on-site and resolve civil complaints promptly through swift administration.
In particular, during the recent visit to the Chang 4-dong Logistics Camp, which had been a major concern among residents, the daycare center director and parents from Chang 4-dong joined the visit to share their opinions. Mayor Oh instructed the responsible departments to actively consider measures such as closing the access roads.
At the local resource recycling facility, Cheonghwa Resource, progress related to the construction of the Dobong hydrogen charging station was inspected, and safety equipment was emphasized.
Going forward, Mayor Oh Eon-seok plans to visit Musugol, Changdong Station Private Investment Station, Platform Changdong 61, Seed Cube Changdong, and the Seoul Arena development site to listen to the voices from the field of public livelihood and communicate with nearby residents.
Mayor Oh Eon-seok of Dobong-gu said, “We will review residents' inconveniences with the responsible departments and proactively seek solutions. Coming out to the field allows us to see and hear honestly, which greatly helps in devising solutions. I plan to continue visiting sites diligently to sweat for Dobong-gu.”
