"Gwangju Redevelopment Core Area High-End"… 'Mudeungsan Hanshin The Hue Penthouse' Non-Quota Subscription Application Opens

Hanshin Engineering & Construction opened the model house for ‘Mudeungsan Hanshin The Hue Penthouse’ on the 6th and began accepting non-priority subscription applications. This high-end apartment, designed for the ‘top 1%’ residents, includes ‘two-story house’ units that were previously only seen in luxury homes in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul.

‘Mudeungsan Hanshin The Hue Penthouse’ will be supplied in Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, along Geumnam-ro, with two buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 99 households. By exclusive area, the units are ▲84㎡A 20 units ▲84㎡B 20 units ▲107㎡ 35 units ▲163㎡A 11 units ▲163㎡B 11 units ▲226㎡P 1 unit ▲230㎡P 1 unit.

‘Mudeungsan Hanshin The Hue Penthouse’ is located in the most active redevelopment area currently underway in Gwangju Metropolitan City, promising strong future value. Near the complex, there are 11 redevelopment sites including Gyelim-dong, with a total of approximately 25,000 households either already moved in or planned. Generally, areas with rapidly increasing population and floating population experience higher housing price growth rates and faster infrastructure development.

Situated in ‘Geumnam-ro,’ a representative multi-transport hub in Gwangju’s original downtown, residents can enjoy various pre-established living infrastructures nearby. The Gwangju Subway Line 1 ‘Geumnam-ro 4-ga Station’ is accessible right in front of the complex, and prestigious local school districts such as Gwangju Jungang Elementary School and Jeonnam Girls’ High School are within walking distance. Lotte Department Store, NC Department Store, Chungjang-ro commercial infrastructure, as well as cultural infrastructures like the Street of Arts and the National Asian Culture Complex are also close by.

True to its name as a high-end apartment for the ‘top 1%’ residents, ‘Mudeungsan Hanshin The Hue Penthouse’ is designed to allow residents to enjoy the same luxury and leisure as living in a high-end penthouse in Cheongdam-dong throughout all floors and units within the complex.

First, residents are provided with wide individual storage rooms to store seasonal items. With parking spaces secured at 2.2 cars per household, the complex eliminates ‘parking difficulties.’ The underground parking garage has an effective ceiling height of 2.7 meters, allowing delivery vehicles to enter. Two elevators per building minimize waiting times, and two 43-pyeong guest houses finished with top-grade materials used in five-star hotels are provided to ease residents’ hosting burdens.

The floor plans are also attractive. All units feature floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and a wide ‘face-to-face kitchen’ design is planned. This allows residents to enjoy exceptional openness, natural lighting, and views, as well as special mealtime moments making eye contact with family. Notably, the exclusive 163㎡ units and penthouses are planned as ‘two-story houses’ with a 5.8-meter height, enabling separation of living areas within the unit.

Digital systems are planned throughout to assist residents’ convenience. Each unit will have a 10-inch voice recognition wall pad, and residents can control lighting, gas, heating, and check energy usage via a dedicated application. Advanced ventilation systems will be applied to all units, and a one-pass system allows residents to pass through the main entrance without a separate key.

Safety and energy-saving systems are also implemented. A vehicle control system prevents unauthorized entry of outside vehicles, high-definition CCTV cameras with over 2 million pixels are installed throughout the complex, and infrared sensors are planned for the lowest floors. Seamless insulation design prevents energy waste and condensation, and high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures are applied to units and the complex.

Specialized community facilities and concierge services are also planned. The third-floor pilotis space will include a barbecue kitchen, fitness center, pet yard, gallery garden, and playground (with a steam fountain). Two high-end golf practice areas will be created on the 13th floor, allowing residents to enjoy swings and putting while overlooking the city. The rooftop terrace garden on the 25th floor offers a natural healing space. A Mom’s Station is planned underground to ensure children’s safe commuting to school or daycare.

Non-priority subscription applications for ‘Mudeungsan Hanshin The Hue Penthouse’ will start on the 6th (Saturday) and close on the 22nd (Monday). The announcement of winners and contracts will take place on the 27th (Saturday).

The model house for ‘Mudeungsan Hanshin The Hue Penthouse’ is currently open, and since almost all housing types have been constructed, visitors can experience the comfort they will enjoy after moving in. Spacious lobbies and individual consultation rooms allow for relaxed consultations.
