Hyundai Construction to Open Hillsstate Macroen Model House on 29th (Fri)

Hyundai Construction will open the model house of ‘Hillstate Macroen’ on Friday, the 29th, and begin full-scale sales.


Hillstate Macroen will be developed in Daewon-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, consisting of 8 buildings with 2 basement floors to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, totaling 951 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is △59㎡A 416 households △59㎡B 106 households △59㎡C 30 households △71㎡A 129 households △71㎡B 98 households △71㎡C 66 households △84㎡A 80 households △84㎡B 26 households. Among these, 168 units will be supplied for general sale, including 119 units of 59㎡A and 49 units of 59㎡B.


Hillstate Macroen is located in Changwon-si, which was deregulated on June 30th when the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport lifted the designation of six speculative overheated districts and eleven regulated areas, including Uichang-gu in Changwon-si. With the removal from the speculative overheated district, restrictions on resale of pre-sale rights are relaxed, and transfer of reconstruction and redevelopment association member status becomes possible.


Due to this atmosphere, Hillstate Macroen has attracted great interest from the market and buyers even before the sale. Although the administrative district changed from Uichang-gu to Seongsan-gu on July 1, 2021, it is classified under Uichang-gu, the administrative district at the time of management disposition approval. Therefore, Hillstate Macroen is the only non-regulated complex in Seongsan-gu, allowing anyone to apply for subscription regardless of home ownership, and there are no resale restrictions.


Hillstate Macroen is being developed together with Daesang Park, which is about 830,000㎡ in size and scheduled for 2024, attracting attention from buyers even before sales. Daesang Park is expected to become Changwon’s Central Park as an eco-friendly park in the city center.


The complex is located in the central living area of Changwon, close to shopping facilities such as Homeplus, NewCore Outlet, City Seven Mall, and Starfield Changwon (scheduled to open in 2025). Nearby convenience facilities such as CGV, Changwon Sports Park, and Changwon Fatima Hospital are also easily accessible.


Daewon Elementary School is within walking distance, and middle and high schools as well as universities are located within a 1 km radius. Additionally, the Changwon National Industrial Complex, with a total area of approximately 25.3㎢, is located within commuting distance. Furthermore, transportation facilities such as KTX Changwon Central Station, Changwon Station, and Changwon General Bus Terminal are nearby, making travel to major domestic cities including Daegu and Daejeon convenient.


Moreover, major roads such as Changwon-daero, Changyi-daero, and Wonidaero are adjacent, allowing quick travel within the region by car, and access to Wanam IC for traveling to areas such as Busan and Gimhae is also convenient.


For residents’ health, sports facilities such as a fitness center, golf practice range, and GX room, as well as community facilities including an imagination library, reading room, H i-Sup (indoor children’s playground), and clubhouse for residents’ children will be provided.


The subscription schedule for Hillstate Macroen starts with special supply on Tuesday, August 8th, followed by first priority on Wednesday, August 9th, and second priority on Thursday, August 10th. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, August 17th, and the official contract will be held over three days from Monday, August 29th to Wednesday, August 31st.
