Hyundai Construction to Open Hillsstate Macroen Model House on 29th (Fri)

Hyundai Construction will open the model house of ‘Hillstate Macroen’ on Friday, the 29th, and begin full-scale sales.

Hillstate Macroen will be developed in Daewon-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, consisting of 8 buildings with 2 basement floors to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, totaling 951 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. The number of households by exclusive area is △59㎡A 416 households △59㎡B 106 households △59㎡C 30 households △71㎡A 129 households △71㎡B 98 households △71㎡C 66 households △84㎡A 80 households △84㎡B 26 households. Among these, 168 units will be supplied for general sale, including 119 units of 59㎡A and 49 units of 59㎡B.

Hillstate Macroen is located in Changwon-si, which was deregulated on June 30th when the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport lifted the designation of six speculative overheated districts and eleven regulated areas, including Uichang-gu in Changwon-si. With the removal from the speculative overheated district, restrictions on resale of pre-sale rights are relaxed, and transfer of reconstruction and redevelopment association member status becomes possible.

Due to this atmosphere, Hillstate Macroen has attracted great interest from the market and buyers even before the sale. Although the administrative district changed from Uichang-gu to Seongsan-gu on July 1, 2021, it is classified under Uichang-gu, the administrative district at the time of management disposition approval.
