"Jokma Hawk" is a new main menu category item introduced for the first time by Jokbal Night Market. It features premium jokbal grilled spicy over direct fire, served with a specially developed "Concaeno" sauce, creating an exquisite flavor. The rich smoky flavor brought out by direct grilling combined with the sweetness of the special secret sauce has been praised as a completely new menu.
Notably, after several years of research and development, corn flakes were added during extensive testing with the MZ generation. This addition not only enhances the taste but also provides a fun texture and crispy sound.
