Busan International Exchange Foundation Actively Supports Bu-Ul-Gyeong Companies' Entry into International Development Cooperation Procurement Markets Special Lecture by Expert on Entry Strategies for ODA Procurement Market, Consulting Promotion Poster.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Busan International Exchange Foundation, the dedicated agency for development cooperation in Busan City, will hold a special lecture and consulting session by an expert on entry strategies into the international development cooperation (ODA) procurement market offline for two days from August 6 to 7.


The special lecture is designed to enhance understanding of international development cooperation projects and the ODA procurement market, targeting businesspeople and citizens in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam (Bu-Ul-Gyeong) region who are interested in stable overseas market entry, and to support their advancement into overseas aid procurement projects.


The first day of the lecture program will cover ▲Understanding international development cooperation and ODA projects ▲Current status of the ODA industry and opportunities for corporate participation.


On the second day, the program consists of ▲Strategies and techniques for winning ODA projects ▲Introduction to innovative ODA projects and bidding strategies ▲Individual consulting sessions.


At the event, Professor Kim Hyung-gyu from Wonkwang University, an expert in ODA projects and commercialization strategy development, will conduct lectures and consulting.


Participants will be recruited until August 3, and those wishing to participate can fill out the application form provided in the announcements section on the Busan International Exchange Foundation website.


The Busan International Exchange Foundation supports the discovery of participants and activation of project participation in development cooperation projects in the Busan area through the ‘Busan International Development Cooperation Activation Support Project.’


The foundation also operates ▲ODA capacity-building programs ▲Growth support programs (consulting support) ▲Busan ODA integrated platform.


To enable systematic learning of various strategies and techniques necessary for understanding development cooperation and project participation, the foundation has been conducting step-by-step programs from introductory to advanced levels since June.


The special lecture is organized to introduce preparation for the ODA procurement market and bidding strategies, considering the conditions and capabilities of companies, institutions, and citizens who have participated or wish to participate in development cooperation projects within the Bu-Ul-Gyeong region.
