‘Bongdam Zai Rajeneu’ Subscription Certification and Open Big Event Held

‘Bongdam Xi Lajenne,’ the second Xi brand apartment completing the Xi brand town in Donghwa District, Bongdam, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, is holding an Open BIG Event and Subscription Certification BIG Event.

The Open BIG Event will be held for three days for visitors to the model house. Participants can join by filling out an entry form and submitting it into the entry box located at the model house site. Winners will be selected daily at 4 PM on-site during the three days of the opening through a drawing, and failure to attend the drawing will result in cancellation of the prize.

Prizes include an LG CordZero Objet Collection A9S (1 winner), Cuckoo Twin Pressure Master Chef (3 winners), Lezen fan (5 winners), Tefal Primove Air iron (10 winners), and Starbucks gift cards worth 10,000 KRW (11 winners). Winners must bring their ID to receive the prizes directly at the site.

At the same time, Bongdam Xi Lajenne is also conducting a Subscription Certification BIG Event. This event is for those who have completed the subscription for Bongdam Xi Lajenne and can participate via the event page on the official Bongdam Xi Lajenne website. The participation period is from the subscription date until the announcement of winners, with the drawing date to be announced later on the official website. Prizes include a Chanel Classic Bag (1 winner), 100g gold bar (1 winner), LG OLED TV 77-inch (1 winner), and LG Tiiun Mini (5 winners).

To facilitate convenient visits to the model house, shuttle buses will operate for three days from Omokcheon Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, Suwon University, and Ecological Sports Park to the model house. The shuttle service runs from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Bongdam Xi Lajenne consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 862 households and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 112 square meters.
