According to Sacheon Coast Guard Station, Mr. A was visiting Yangji-ri, Neungyang Port, Saryangdo for vacation from Chungju that morning. While resting, he was trimming trees and cutting grass near a villa with an acquaintance when he was seriously injured by the brush cutter blade.
