[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] NH Investment & Securities announced on the 26th that the Pangyo WM Center has newly opened as the ‘NH Investment & Securities Pangyo BizPlus Financial Center (Pangyo Biz Plus Financial Center).’

The Pangyo Biz Plus Financial Center plans to provide asset management advisor services for individual clients (CEOs and high-income executives), as well as asset management, fundraising consulting, and pension system consulting for corporate clients. Additionally, pension services as part of welfare support will be offered to corporate clients.

Through the Pangyo Biz Plus Financial Center, NH Investment & Securities will provide comprehensive financial consulting services to VIP and corporate clients. WM advisors, corporate RMs (Relationship Managers), and pension consulting RMs will be stationed to offer solutions for high net worth (HNW) asset management and fund operation and procurement.

The Pangyo Biz Plus Financial Center has completed an expansion and remodeling on the 2nd floor of Pangyo Prugio Worldmark (58, Daewangpangyo-ro 606beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si).

Given the regional characteristics, where most companies are IT/BT firms and game companies, the center was remodeled to be young and dynamic to suit the affluent VIP clientele. Additionally, financial service kiosks and video consultation STMs (Smart Teller Machines) were installed for clients who prefer non-face-to-face (video) operations and investment consultations.

To commemorate the expansion and remodeling, NH Investment & Securities has prepared various events until the end of September. For individual clients, all customers who open a new account for the first time during the event period will receive 5,000 NH Members points.

Furthermore, customers who subscribe to financial products (funds/ELS (Equity-Linked Securities)/bonds/WRAP/overseas stocks) with an amount of 30 million KRW or more will be offered a special RP (Repurchase Agreement) at 5% (pre-tax, 91-day term) up to 100 million KRW on a first-come, first-served basis. The special RP has a total recruitment limit of 10 billion KRW and will close once the limit is reached. Also, for pension accounts, customers who transfer or subscribe to funds/ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds)/REITs with 10 million KRW or more will receive a 30,000 KRW department store gift certificate.

For corporate clients, those who open a new corporate account during the event period will receive 10 Starbucks Americano coffees, and customers who subscribe to financial products (funds/Wrap/ELS/DLS (Derivative-Linked Securities)) with 100 million KRW or more will be given a chicken set.
